Integral to Bevica Essentials is the treatment and control of Excise Duty, also known as Duty Management. Save time and money, let Bevica Essentials manage and control your duty and VAT liability to HMRC. Items, transactions and stock are set up and posted according to HMRC rules, with automatic calculation and accrual of duty values.

Fully integrated with financial postings the HMRC Duty Ledger is a stamp in time of all the duty relevant information and as such provides a perfect audit of every clearance to Duty Paid for your alcoholic drinks, should you need it.

Pricing flexibility extends past just duty. For any price you can set valid start / end dates, product size and quantity breaks, incl. / excl. VAT. Most specific pricing hierarchy lets you select at what level any price is to be applied: for a specific campaign, customer, a group of customers, or globally.
