The next bio in the series that is included in our monthly newsletter TVision Matters, so you can get to know the TVision team a little better….. Jane Ralphs is our Client Delivery Director and is close to her tenth anniversary here at TVision.

Name someone you admire, and why?
David Attenborough for being the figure head of what seems like a real movement to save this planet …  

What’s a typical day like for you?
Working with colleagues and clients on a range of projects and change requests to ensure work is progressing as planned

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
I’m a qualified psychodynamic counsellor.

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be:
Sitting on the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh, India.

Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up?
I wanted to be an air hostess and travel the world!

Finish this sentence. On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me… It would have been relaxing, reading the papers but soon it will be on my bike, training for the Velathon Wales 2018 with some of my TVision colleagues.

How do you want people to remember you?
Fondly of course.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
Being pragmatic, realistic and a decision maker

Name three words that you describe you: Approachable, positive, calm.

How do you think your colleagues would describe you?
Always has an opinion, uniting (a quote) and fun.

Name something surprising on your bucket list:
To go trekking in Nepal

Describe a personal goal that you want to accomplish in the next year?
To finish the Welsh Velathon

What publications do you regularly read?
I don’t read a publication regularly, more of a novel reader

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?
Socialising, being out in the countryside/mountains

What are some causes you care about?
Cancer research, education for all women and saving the planet

What do you do with friends in your spare time?
Talk, walk, eat and drink generally, love to go to the theatre and cinema too

What would be your personal motto?
Feel the fear and do it anyway!
