The Benevolent is a drinks industry charity which provides help and support to those currently working in the drinks industry, as well as former employees and their families.
This includes anyone who has worked in a pub, bar, brewery, distillery, off licence, trade press publication or warehouse, or has been based in an office role.
Providing support in a number of ways, including financial, practical and emotional – they also offer mental health support with a telephone line and counselling.
There in times of immediate crisis or for ongoing, long term support, The Benevolent has many fantastic fundraising initiatives.

£50,000 for Charity
With the 2019 ball hosted at The Natural History Museum earlier this year, 430 members of the UK drinks industry (including TVision with our drinks industry specific solution, Bevica) raised £50,000 for its causes.
An amazing night with stories from a first-hand beneficiary as well as The Benevolent’s Chairman, Michael Saunders. Saunders discussed the importance of regular donations – appealing to spare a drink a month for The Benevolent.
The idea being donating the cost of a drink a month to the charity (the cost of a pint or a glass of wine) would make a real difference to the lives of those who need it.

Rounding up the evening with Master of Ceremonies, Charles Metcalfe laughing and charming guests to raise over £13,500 in less than 10 minutes, the dance floor and cocktail bar opened.
