TVision Technology, Microsoft Gold Partner based in Woking, Surrey, is delighted to announce a reshuffle in management and a focus on new growth strategy for the next financial year.
Founding director Pippa Odell is stepping up from previous role of Operations Director to lead TVision in this new phase as Managing Director.
Financial year 2015 / 2016 has been a period of transition with new management style and structure. It is also projected to be one of the most successful years with overall revenue, new customers and new team members all increased from last year. True to the philosophy and values that led to the company being founded in 1999; growth remains conservative and well managed, with emphasis on quality and partnership.
TVision Technology has been successfully growing since inception on 1999. The organisation has gained unique traits when benchmarked against its peers: high retention of staff and clients, high ratio of women across the organisation and consistent over-achievement in Customer Satisfaction Surveys conducted by Microsoft.
Microsoft predicts the increasing importance of software as a service with Satya Nadella’s “Cloud first, mobile first” strategy and this is also evident in the customer base at TVision. Subscription based licensing has quadrupled in the year and more customers are choosing Windows Azure as their deployment option for both subscription and perpetual licenses. Meanwhile, the popularity of Dynamics NAV as a mid-market ERP solution continues to hold true with the traditional, larger scale implementations.
These changes in the market and how software is consumed all point to interesting times ahead. Pippa Odell is well placed to steer TVision into new areas; ensuring that TVision has clear purpose and maintains the quality levels that have led to client and staff loyalty. Having been with TVision from the start, Odell understands the importance of balancing continuity and change to ensure future growth for TVision for the next fifteen plus years and beyond.
Richard Thompson retains interest in the company and moves into a role of chairman; reflecting his commitment to TVision’s future. “I am proud to hand over day to day management to Pippa. We have a strong team and great client partnerships that will continue to go from strength to strength.”
